It looks like it’s impossible to burn calories effectively while watching TV, but this is often not true. Some practical exercises are easy to perform reception, and you don’t need any special equipment to try them.

1. Palm down exercise
This exercise will assist you to burn fat around your arms. It’s straightforward to try to, even ahead of the TV.
- Stand straight, feet shoulder-width apart.
- Raise your arms to the edges.
- Your forearms are perpendicular to your upper palms. Your arms should be stressful, do not circulate or shrug your shoulders.
- Push your shoulder blades down and squeeze them collectively
- Start raising and reducing your fingers.
- Continue breathing calmly.
- Repeat for forty-five seconds to at least one minute.
